The Rock Krawler Heavy Duty PRO Tie Rod for the Wrangler JK is simply the best tie rod on the market! This bad boy is made from 1 5/8 inch diameter solid 7075 memory filled, high grade, aluminum alloy. It used use OEM JK Tie Rod Ends from the drag link connection at the pitman arm. These TRE's are 1 inch shank units and are much stronger than the OEM JK tie rod ends on the factory tie rod. The Rock Krawler HD PRO Tie Rod is a plug and play unit with no drilling or having to change the taper of the factory knuckles.

System Includes:

(1) Heavy duty tie rod assembly made from 1 5/8 diameter solid 7075 Aluminum Alloy designed to accept OEM Tie Rod Ends at the pitman arm
(2) u-bolts to retain the OEM steering stabilizer
(2) jam nuts, and detailed instructions.

*Requires the purchase of two OEM Tie Rod Ends from the JK stock drag link at the Pitman arm location. The OEM part number is 52060049AE.

**Will require trimming of the supplied u-bolts to re-use the OEM steering stabilizer.

***Recommended wheel is a 17" diameter with a maximum back space of 4.5".
