Artec Industries have announced the production of the JK ONE TON Axle swap kit for your Jeep's front 60 axles. This heavy duty truss and bracket system are designed and manufactured to withstand rough use and reinforce the entire axle while at the same time providing the factory link, shock location, spring, and anti-sway bars. The 1/4 inch thick truss comes with a new design that works to strengthen both the link brackets and axle. It also makes it easy for installation and enhanced strength. The incorporated link mounts in the truss have reduced the hours of work and trial and error when compared to other bracket systems. You only need to tack weld the truss together, position it on the axle and all the brackets will fit as they are supposed to.
This kit comes with the Daystar Factory Location Bushings, including 1/4 inch thick steel truss and bracket which have more strength than the factory brackets and other aftermarket brackets.They are CNC precision-cut and bent for great fitment. The kit also contains all necessary axle swaps including shock mounts, anti-sway bar mounts, upper and lower control bar arm mounts, coil spring mounts and track bar mounts.
These brackets are jigged into trusses and automatically set the exact position during installation hence saving on the time required for installation. There is no measuring and guesswork involved as all brackets just need to line up to the truss. They are easy to upgrade for future link geometry changes; you only need to trim off the upper control mount factory location and weld a new centered link mount.
The truss is reinforced with an interlocked 1/4 inch thick gussets for easy assembly and highest strength. The low profile design shows that your axle is sleaker, stronger and simple to fit any vehicle and is as well as less likely to obstruct the vehicles components.
