The front axle of the JK is prone to bending and this can be expensive to replace. This truss was designed so it gives the axle enough strength so it does not bend. The truss has been constructed from 3/16 inches of steel that is laser cut. It has a press that is brake formed and is one piece so that it is capable of reducing excess heat and the weld shrinkage. With less heat there is less chance of the axle wraping and this makes it easier to install. It has a steel backbone that passes through the center of the main sections of the truss. It has a steel bridge that usually connects the left and the right truss sections. With the bridge there is no need for weld.
