How do I return an item?

RETURN POLICY:

River City Offroad wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is simple.

All returns require prior authorization.

River City Offroad will only accept new, unopened items for return. We are unable to accept ANY electrical item, including lights for return, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Product that has been installed, modified or has missing parts cannot be returned to us.

If the merchandise qualifies for a Manufacturer’s Warranty or guarantee, we will be happy to assist you in getting in touch with the original Manufacturer of that product. Look for warranty and guarantee information in the original product box.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from River City Offroad within SEVEN (7) Days of receiving your merchandise in order to receive a cash refund. Any return after SEVEN (7) days will be eligible for an in-store credit.

No return received after 30 days will be accepted.

Please email us to start the process at [email protected]. Please include the following information in the email:

  • Name
  • Invoice Number
  • Part number you're returning

Once River City Offroad has received your request we will send out an RMA number and a form. Simply complete our RMA form and return it completely filled out with your merchandise. Securely package your item(s) for shipment and return the item(s) to us in new, unopened, condition within 30 days from the date of shipment with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

We will refund the full purchase price if the above requirements are met, minus ANY shipping charges, which are not refundable. After receipt and inspection by River City Offroad, any part showing evidence of being: used, installed, modified, installed contrary to instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 30%.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN POLICY:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Tires and wheels that have been mounted and or installed.
  • Opened electrical items such as computers, Unichips, programmers, wiring kits, etc.
  • Custom made floor mats, dash covers, seat covers, car covers or any item that has been monogrammed.
  • Closeout or Clearance items.
  • Snow Chains.
  • Any item that has been custom painted.
  • Custom mechanical products.
  • Special ordered items.
