This particular bracket (modular version), is made to work with the track bar brace version #8069-01. It also helps to minimize the frame's flexing that is at times noted on the driver side and deflection in the sector shaft.
Specifications / Features
Made from 3/16-inch CNC laser cut steel, the track bar comes with a coated finish in powder grey to minimize corrosive elements. It also includes bearings that are grease able and high quality versions. The application is an easy to install feature that does not need to be welded as it is bolt on for easy installation. Included parts are the brace (sector shaft), the long bolt that measures 7/16 x 1 inch (3 are included), the washer, 7/16 inch (flat version and 6 are included), and the arm, (pitman stud version and 1 is included).
Please note: This shaft brace # 8069-02 for Jeep Wrangler JK models will only work with the # 8069-01 track bar brace that is made for Jeep Wrangler JK models as it has been specially designed to ensure a perfect fit. Additionally, the # 8069 version of the track bar and brace kit will only work with the # 8075 track bar (front piece). Manufacturer cannot ensure fit for Jeep Wrangler or other 4x4 brands that are outside of the aforementioned specified types.
